SIM Network Unlock PIN

Hi everyone,
I just upgraded my Samsung Galaxy S2 from ICS: MIUI 2.7.13 to latest JB: 3.4.12.
All went well but now, every time I reboot I am prompted to enter my SIM network unlock PIN.
I remember pretty well unlocking my phone a year ago when I first started using MIUI. And I never had this issue on any of my previous upgrades. The probem is that now, I can't use my phone because it won't log to my Network (Orange in France).
Anyone can help me?

So I ended up trying GalaxySim Unlock (3 euros) and it successfully removed the screen on next reboot.
Thanks the app, but I really wonder why my phone got locked again after upgrading to JB.
How is it even possible?

Nope Once unlocked you can use any carrier to it and it will not get locked again.. Your phone might be not unlocked properly.. iF your phone prompt for Sim network pin , get it from any commercial vendors online like Wickedunlock.com where codes generated to unlock are accurate..Once unlocked it is unlocked to all carriers..
