Slow On 4g Network

I got almost identical result on 3G and 4G network so I don't know is it related to phone, kernel, miui version or network. Can anyone test speed on 3G and 4G and post results?

I don't have any limitation on speed. Slow 4G is related to my network provider. It's cheap but little slowly than i expected.

Even my is very slow, on the other hand I have the Wi-Fi which is a rocket
