solution to send high quality image to Messenger/whatsapp?

If you attach it as a document the photos are full res, compared to the compressed version on WhatsApp.

Can also zip them up or change the file extension before sending

thank you , that is a big issue with me, i usually use Messenger instead of others @@

update 1: i borrow my friend a Samsung galaxy s21 ultra, send image via Messenger, the quality quite good... how would it possible?
