solved: Mi11, fastboot dont recognize the correct modell

I own venus, chinese version M20112KC, come from 21.9.1 eu, rooted.
I am trying to flash new fastboot rom 21.10.20 with given batch file for dirty flash.
I get an error: this package is for "venus" devices; this is a "unknown".
i tried different usb slots, different original xiaomi cables, check my drivers (from xiaomi miflash_unlock-en-5.5.224.24), unabled magisk.
some advice?
Or can i remark the lines in windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat file?

Do you have USB-2.0 port(s) (or USB-3.0 ports only) on your computer?

If USB-3.0 ports only => Use a "USB 2.0 hub" device.

If you use an USB-2.0 port but this is still not working => I don't have any other advice than to try on another computer...

thank you Poney70, i have both, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. same result at both
do you know, wether i can disable the first lines in the batch file?
I have flashed this device as "venus" with fastboot before we got twrp. it worked problem-less.

I don't recommend to do that, you have high chances to fail the flashing...

ok, you are right, i think.
.... maybe magiskhide props config gives an option. ... or flashing stock with miflash tool ... or waiting for twrp ...

its a miracle:
i tried to flash the 21.10.27 windows_fastboot_update_rom.bat in a powershell window (instead of a cmd with admin rights) and it works like charme. I dont change anything in my laptop setup.
also flashed the patched boot.img and got a rooted A12 system easly ...
