Resolved [SOLVED] Play Store can't install any new software or even update existing software at all

When I try and install something I get "could not be downloaded due to an error (-101)". Similarly when I try and update anything. Its behaviour is very odd too, after I've been told that I can't install/update something it perpetually has it as "downloading" on the installed apps page, and the "Stop 1" button does nothing.

Going to Google Play in a browser and installing from there it says "This will be sent to your phone" and does nothing.

Force closing and wiping app data does nothing, and I've done both several times.

The way i got around it was to install on a fresh wipe, not restore any backups. Connect to the web via WiFi manualy and let market start from fresh.
You can log into the market with your account, test a download and it should work. After all that then you can restore any App backups you may have.
Worked for me i had this problem quite avfew times with updating. Hopefully this will work for you guys!
