(Solved) Received Calls isn't showing on screen

Hey guys, after today's update to 9.8.15 when I receive a call it only shows an notification in the upper left corner of the screen (screenshot) and not fullscreen as before, anyone can tell me how to fix ?

Solved by going in settings -> apps -> phone and enabling notifications, strange that I don't remember turning it off, but anyway problem solved mods please remove the post
