(solved) S2 misuse screen

Am on the latest update and after I remove phone from charging I get this screen.. any ideas why? I do the return+vol up and unlocks screen but happens again if i plugin to charge and when discharge...

It's happening because something is tripping the proximity sensor, you can disable the feature in Settings - Display - Prevent Pocket Dials

Have you installed a screen protector? It light be covering the sensor
