New Some bugs in Xiaomi 9+9.4.18

Hello, my Xiaomi 9 has some bugs on 9.4.18.

1. I can use arcore at 9.4.11, but I can't use it after updating to 9.4.18.

2. VOWIFI will not be available after using VPN (adguard). Even if the VPN is closed, VOWIFI cannot be used. must restart phone to use VOWIFI.
