Sounds too loud on the lowest setting Xiaomi 15

I find the volume on Xiaomi 15 quite loud on the lowest settings. Is there a way how to bypass this and make sounds less punchy? Everything in my settings is set to the lowest already.

If I compare it to my old phone, it can play sounds quietly- ie I used to listen to youtube whilst falling asleep as the sounds were gentle. Impossible with Xiaomi. Xiaomi 15 on the most quiet settings is probably as loud as level 3 or 4 of volume on my old phone.

I have the same problem, even for notifications or ringtones they sound too loud at minimum volume, it would be great if there was a way to have more scales within the volume to be able to reduce it even more at the minimum limit.

I couldn't agree more! Hopefully Xiaomi team read these threads, they need to work on these details to make the phone more user friendly!

I've half solved it by selecting a notification and ringtone with less treble and it really makes a difference.

There's no Xiaomi team here. This is a custom ROM community.
