Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Ticking-Sound issue

Dear Xiaomi,

me and many others got a bad issue with the Redmi Note 12:

My phone: Xiaomi Redmi Note 12, 8gb, 128gb, 4g

At several times a day a ticking-sound appears and once it have started ticking you can't stop it.
The only thing you can do is to wait until it stops or to restart your phone!

By reducing the volume of the media-sound you can make the ticking quiet,
so I think the ticking is produced by the speaker!

Is there any solution for the probleme or does anyone else got the same probleme here?

Same problem on Redmi note 10 here, is there any solution yet? It's driving me crazy

No, not yet. The Xiaomi-Support told me to reinstall the latest update at Settings/Xiaomi HyperOS/3 dots.

But it doesn't work for me, the clicking-sound appeared again.

I send the Redmi Note 12 back as defective, tomorrow!

Hello,

I have this exact same issue!
The ticking sounds appears at random moments and does not stop. Even after rebooting my phone, it will start again after a few minutes.
Only solution I've found to far is to mute the sound!
It really drives me crazy...
I have already deleted all apps, cleared app data and cache, but no luck...
Please fix this Xiaomi!

My phone specs:
Redmi 12 , 8 GB Ram, 256GB
HyperOS 1.0.5.0.UMXEUXM
Android Version: 14 UP1A.231005.007
