System not able to read all APN settings. I use Fido in Canada(if that is any reason). There are only two choices and the best displayed is for 3g only, sms and mms will not work. Thankfully, it does give the option to add an APN which is what I have done and using.
I have tried the weekly and it is the same except there is no option to add a new APN, so I reverted to stable.
This issue does not exist with China stable.
