Stable Version With Root

Hello, i want to root my note pro to install some modules from xposed framework(Youtube background playback - YouTube AdAway), i'm currently running in stable 7.0.5.0 and i was wondering if the previous stable versions(xiaomi.eu_multi_leo_V6.6.3.0.LXHCNCF_v6-5.0.zip ,
xiaomi.eu_multi_leo_V6.6.5.0.LXHCNCF_v6-5.0.zip)
did they come with the option to root or the only way is with superSU?
If the only option to root without superSU is to go with a developer version, which one do you recommend me that works well with xposed framework?

At least does anyone know if any of the 2 stable versions i posted above has the ability to root from security app such as the developer versions?

Hi, I followed tutorial from here http://en.miui.com/thread-219117-1-1.html to gain my root access back.

I'm currently using a custom rom from honorbuy http://www.honorbuy.com/forum/thread-359903-1-1.html installed using twrp. Never tried to use xposed framework though, but I'm sure that I have my root access.
