I have deleted 30GB of photos and videos, backing them up first on google photos. I clicked on the "Release space on the device" button on Google Photos, and effectively i was seeing the storage space regarding photos and videos going down, but the Apps and Data one going up by the same amount. I started the process with 115GB / 128GB, and ended up the same.
I have cleared cache through the default xiaomi app, i have checked the trash folder and nothing was there, and if I analyze the Apps and Data, i do not see anything that would justify a 30GB+ of data.
How can I solve this? I've searched a lot on the internet, and the best I got was "wipe cache" from the recovery menu, but even on the recovery menu, the only thing I can wipe is ALL data.
