Strings not found in GitHub

Hi,

I tried to change the term "Betriebsbereit" into "betriebsbereit" in German but couldn't find it in the MIUI12-master Git. Is this due to my Redmi 9 Pro is still on MIUI 11 and the term is not existing in MIUI 12 anymore?

Can I change it for MIUI 11 and will this be included in any build then?
