Hello,
Well, I’m turning to the real experts here because I messed up trying to flash the ROM myself and now I’m left without a phone :emoji_cry:
I’ll try to summarize this as best I can, since my English isn’t very good:

I have a Xiaomi Mi 13 Ultra with the following original configuration: CN version and Global ROM.
Thanks to your forum, I had installed HyperOS 1 using your stable Xiaomi.eu ROM.

Two weeks ago, I installed HyperOS 2, still using your ROM.
I used the Isthar.zip ROM; the installation went smoothly, with no issues except that MMS stopped working.

A few days ago, I decided to try installing HyperOS 3.
I wanted to do the same as I did for HyperOS 2, but the installation wouldn’t proceed automatically with TWRP.

So I tried forcing it via ADB, but that didn't work either.
I then used “platform-tools” and Terminal directly on my Mac.
I tried a few things and ended up flashing “twrp-3.7.1_12-v9.0_A15-ishtar-skkk.img”.

But now I’m stuck in FASTBOOT mode; I can’t get back to Android or anything else.
Chatgpt tells me to do a full reflash using an official Xiaomi ROM (CN version) and that all my data will be lost...

What do you think ?
Is there anything that can be salvaged ?
I can’t even use my phone anymore...

Thanks in advance for any help.

what did you type in to flash the twrp?

make sure to run

"
fastboot flash recovery_ab recovery.img
fastboot reboot recovery"

if you do a fastboot boot instead it gets you stuck in fastboot, you can get out by typing those two commands
fastboot erase misc
fastboot set_active a

and then fastboot reboot

I can't remember the exact command, it was that damn ChatGPT that gave it to me...
Something like "fastboot flash....."

if it was some random command, i would recommend to just install the ROM again by running the upgrade file macos_install_upgrade.sh and then do in this case:
"
fastboot flash recovery_ab twrp-3.7.1_12-v9.0_A15-ishtar-skkk.img
fastboot reboot recovery"

btw i just noticed you are using an older version of the twrp.

get twrp-3.7.1_12-v9.0_A16-ishtar-skkk.img

Ok so I put "twrp-3.7.1_12-v9.0_A15-ishtar-skkk.img" in the "platform-tool" folder.
I connect my mi 13 in USB with the FASTBOOT screen.
After I go in Terminal and just test this command :

fastboot flash recovery_ab twrp-3.7.1_12-v9.0_A15-ishtar-skkk.img
fastboot reboot recovery

Is that good ?
Thanks mate.

yes should be good, make sure to get the twrp-3.7.1_12-v9.0_A16-ishtar-skkk.img instead though

and if its still stuck, do
fastboot erase misc
fastboot set_active a

and reinstall the ROM with the macos_install_upgrade.sh

and then
fastboot flash recovery_ab twrp-3.7.1_12-v9.0_A15-ishtar-skkk.img
fastboot reboot recovery

Ok so for "fastboot flash recovery_ab twrp-3.7.1_12-v9.0_A15-ishtar-skkk.img"
I Have : (bootloader) Partition recovery_b flashed successfully

But for "fastboot reboot recovery", I'm always in FASTBOOT...

For "fastboot erase misc" I have : Erasing 'misc' OKAY [ 0.006s]
And for "fastboot set_active a" I have : Setting current slot to 'a' OKAY [ 0.028s]

But How do you reinstall the ROM with the macos_install_upgrade.sh ?
I don't have this file.

(I'm on partition B not A, don't know if its important)

get into fastboot and do those two commands in that order:

fastboot erase misc
fastboot set_active a

and then do
fastboot reboot

if you want to reinstall the rom without deleting data.
download that ROM, extract, run macos_install_upgrade.sh and then just let it boot to android first.

Ok "erase" and "set-active" is done, then "fastboot reboot" and my phone just reboot on FASTBOOT screen.
(Phone don't want to boot on android)

You tell "run macos_install_upgrade.sh" but I run it on my Mac ?

yeah normally you can just start the file and it will open terminal by itself
