i ve this problem after installing the new miui rom to my desire, my phone stucks at the reboot with the android sign on the screen and just vibrates every 10 seconds, what can i do?

Did you wipe data first then dalvik and normal cache?

Wipe an do a clean install. I use to have that problem every now an again. Once its installed u can just flash over without wiping any future update.
