Switch between official Xiaomi ROMs on MediaTek devices?

I have a Xiaomi phone with a MediaTek CPU and I want to switch from one official MIUI ROM region to another (e.g., from Global to EEA or India).

- I'm not looking to install a custom ROM (that is impossible on MediaTek devices).
- I only want to swap the ROM region of the official Xiaomi ROM.
