Switch from Beta 20.9.4 to Stable ?

Hey,
I have no clue If I break my Phone when I would Install an older Stable than my current Beta? Does anyone know? If that works, what do I have to consider or is there a tutorial?

I would like to switch to Stable MIUI 12 from Beta Miui 12

If someone has has already switched from Beta to Stable could you send me your Stable MIUI Version Download?

To move from beta to stable, format data is mandatory. Remember... Format data, not wipe data. Latest stable is better than tha last beta.
