Switch to stable from weekly

Can I switch from Hyperos weekly release to stable release (when it comes out)?
But without data loss

You can't. It's a downgrade

(Nobody is stopping you from trying, but there is not a simple way to know if it will be completely successful, including random software issues down the line due to the downgrade)
