New System Launcher crashes and all downloaded data deletes =(

Good day. Problem is that it deletes all my data after reboot including changes in settings, application updates and so on. Almost every change on internal device. Moreover if I download many files or applications all processes starts to crash including System Launcher so as a result I dont have system launcher so I am forced to reboot phone. And as I was telling before all downloaded data is deleted. So I tried to reinstall OS by recovery mode, updater and miflash and I have no result. All the time when it seems to reboot in installed OS I have my old version with same bug. I don't know what is happening with my phone. Please help me because it is very annoying. Tell me if you need more information about problem. But overall I just explained full issue. Waiting for your response. Thanks!
