Guess you will need a zip for twrp (correct me if I'm wrong).
Normally I use adb commands on a computer for apk-files.
command:
adb install appname.apk

You can install this zip in TWRP to install the current latest "ALPHA" MIUI Launcher version => TWRP_MIUI_Launcher_ALPHA-4.22.0.2472_Installation.zip

Yesterday they release new version if you have it twrp it will be gratefulYou can install this zip in TWRP to install the current latest "ALPHA" MIUI Launcher version => TWRP_MIUI_Launcher_ALPHA-4.22.0.2472_Installation.zip
P.S.: I didn't tested this version on xiaomi.eu ROMs, please feedback if it is crashing or not.

It's in "ALPHA" version, not "RELEASE". BTW that's why I created my first zip with "ALPHA" version.
