System popup

Hello.

I have noticed once I update the system weekly update and im waiting for it to finnish at the main screen I see a popup of the system telling me to reboot now or later.

Now my question is how can i make this popup exactly to show me my sms whatsapp messages?. And not the usual way its shown...
