New Telegram Notifications Doesn't Work

Hi, in the last Roms my Telegram doesn't notify me the incoming messages till I manually check it
I did a lot of configuration to fix it and, of course I followed the Telegram FAQ configuration for Xiaomi devices but I didn't fixed it.

Can someone confirm this problem in their mobile?

Mi5, rom 6.8.12 beta

I'm in the same situation. I don't receive push notifications when the phone is locked more than 1 minute.

1) disable battery manager profile, otherwise set telegram as app not managed from profile

2) security --> permissions --> set telegram to autostart

3) settings --> notifications --> manager --> check all options for telegram

I did It too but even so notifications don't work for me. Even I wipe cache and dalvik cache.

I have the same problem with Challenge am (a Telegram fork) bit all my others apps that are using notifications work correctly.

I have both options enabled.

I also disabled the MIUI OPTIMIZATION in Developer Options and I don't receive notifications .

Are you Admin of any group? I've solved it in my case and the problem was that I was admin of one group. When I changed to normal user, I received notifications perfectly.

Correction:

This is what I have done.
1.- Root the phone.
2.- Install PNF ROOT from Play store.
3.- Start PNF ROOT and fix notifications.
4.- Again, with PNF ROOT revert notifications to original values.
5.-Reboot phone

Now, Telegram notifications works (even after upgrading to the last rom.
