New Theme manager bug back?

Today I've flashed the new update 9.1.24. Since then I'm noticing the theme manager bug from previous releases is maybe back in action. Already flashed the fix again, but the bug is still occurring. I'm not quite sure if this is theme related or system bug.

Settings menu is completely black.

Yes of course. Tried to switch to different themes. But since this update none seems to work out.

Switch to default theme and reboot the device. If this doesn't work, go to TWRP and remove /data/system/package_cache folder and then wipe Cache + Dalvik-cache.
And if that doesn't work - I have no clue, you're the only one with this issue.
