New Themes App Disappeared MIUI 10 8.7.12 v2

After flashing the latest MIUI 10 Beta to my Mi 8 my gallery and themes apps disappeared. How can I get them back? When I click Wallpaper in the settings I get this error.

No I haven't flashed anything else. I will try downloading and flashing it again.

Reflashing the ROM didn't work. I guess I'll wait until the next update or else I'll wipe all my data then flash the ROM.

The missing apps came back after I flashed the latest update (8.7.19)
