There is some trick to install TWRP?

On my stock Mi Mix 3 firmware, I made unlock, and trying to flash twrp.

After this:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
fastboot reboot
just getting black screen. When I restart phone manually to recovery, there is only MIrecovery.

When you flashed the twrp image you need to reboot to twrp for it to stick.
