Time bug with Mi Home security 360 cameras on multiple devices

I've just checked 2 Mi Home security cameras and they seems to have the same bug:

Basically the timestamp on the video (and the time the video is being recorded) is 3 hours back, so if now it's 6 PM, it will show as 3 PM.

The bug seems to be only on the camera itself, and not on the phone, as the playback scroll line shows the correct time (but again, not the video, nor the video recording time).

Suggestions? where can I report this bug?
