Traffic Monitor?

Can you add additional carriers to traffic monitor via a config file or something? They are all China carriers

Personally, were just trying to remove it. The amount of carriers outside China is 1000+ and wouldn't be possible to include.

Don't remove Monitor as a whole, I use it for blocking certain applications from 3g/2g data.
