I have a note 9 pro which i bought in Italy. I live in Bulgaria. My phone did not turn on after a reboot and has not been physically damaged. I had no fixed address in Italy as i was a truck driver. I have been pushed from pillar to post with Xiaomi not wanting to honour the warranty. Can someone please help before i take this to the European court?

Take it to whomever you want, this is not an official Xiaomi forum but a one for a custom community developed firmware. If you got an answer from the official service center of Bulgaria (can't remember the name but it was a service center in Sofia) you should write to Xiaomi global support and see what is their response...
