Twrp Does Not Start After Installation

Hello:
I have a problem with TWRP.
I've unlocked bootloader and installed via fastboot TWRP (I've tried twrp-3.0.2-0-libra-aqua-20160612.img and TWRP_aqua_v8 versions.

All the steps in unlock tool and adb seem to go fine, but when I restart in mode recovery, it doesn't work.
I only can see "MI" logo in the screeen and after, I must start my phone normally.

anyone can tell me which is the problem, please?

You have to be patient.
It may last many minutes at the first start, as I remember.
I am using twrp-3.0.2-0-libra-aqua-20160520

Thanks for your help, but I've waited 30 or more minutes and recovery doesn´t start.
The phone only starts in "normal" mode.

Did u try to enter into Twrp with Fastboot command?

I' ve tried now and fastboot shows the next error:

FAILED <remote: dtb not found>

I don't know what's this.
