TWRP install on Fuxi (Xiaomi 13) i need help with the adb command

Hello,

I got TWRP (a15) and i want to update it to the latest TWRP A16.
My question is which command is the proper one, as some suggest

"fastboot flash recovery twrpname.img"

and other suggests

"fastboot flash recovery_ab twrpname.img
fastboot reboot recovery"

TWRP is replaced by stock recovery now after installing latest fuxi rom and i really need to flash twrp. Which command i must use?
