Twrp Method For Mi5

Hello
I bought new MI5. I already installed new Dev. ROM (china).
After unlocking Bootloader, I would like to install the ROM in german.

There are two methods.

1.) Miflash. Not sure with Windows 10 for the driver installation
2.) TWRP. I found a file TEWR+Boot. What are the correct steps?
Unfortunately Root does not work with the dev. ROM (Security APP). There is just an info "about Root).

That's the newest xiaomi.eu Stable MIUI 7. I'm flashing it a few days ago - without problems.

1. Do Backup in settings and save on your Computer
2. Download the ROM you want+ TWRP and put it both on your Mi5 internal storage
3. Install TWRP via Updater app and start into recovery mode
4. Make Backup and start system again and save it to Computer, too
5. Restart in Recovery and wipe: cashe/dalvik, system, data.(do NOT wipe internal storage )
6. Install ROM and restart
