If you want upgrade your twrp just follow this steps:
1) Download the last twrp (11/12/2018)
2) Reboot to recovery
3) Choose install
4) Choose img and locate downloaded twrp.img
5) When twrp ask where install choose recovery
6) flash it
7) Done
