Can anyone help why i cant see my phone on my pc when im on the TWRP? i can't copy the EU ROM to my phone because my pc can only detect my Mi10T when im not on TWRP

Why not copy the ROM while on Android, and then use it under TWRP ?

well im afraid i will have problem when i installed it. so is it the same?
