Unable To Access Engineering Mode In Android 6.0

Hi friends
I've have a problem with the proximity sensor and I need to calibrate it by accessing engineering mode.
I trayed to access this mode by this code

But was imposible.
I trayed another way to access, settings/about phone/Kernel version, tap 5 or 6 times but it does not works.
Is still works engineering mode in Android 6.0?
How can I access?

I use Smiui ROM that is based in xiaomi.eu developer
Maybe is the problem why I can't access?

Your ROM 6.1.29 is Android 6.0 or lower?

It isn't matter witch android is ,because this is the code for device (secret) only for service purpose, I thougt that it is for all xiaomi devices the same,but it is not unfortunately. Try to finde the right code on xda- developers forum
