Unable to change volume at homescreen

I'm using a Nexus S running 1.11.4 with ADW Launcher EX.

After doing a full wipe of cache and flashing the 1.11.4 ROM, it seems I'm unable to adjust my volume without either having the statusbar down or by being in any application.

I found another thread (below) stating the same issue, however this is located in the HTC Desire GSM subforum.

This speculates that it could be an issue using different launchers to the default MIUI launcher.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Change superuser permissions for adw.

That will solve the volume key problems.
