Unable To Flash Miui 9.2

Hello guys i have Redmi note 3 kenzo and i have been trying to flash this rom (xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote3Pro_V9.2.1.0.MHOCNEK_v9-6.0.zip) for past 2 days now. Every time it completes the flash on TWRP and it does not boot, just shows MI logo and disappear. Please so anyone have solution to this, thanks in advance

please NOTE: after the flashing recovery stops working i had to flash stock rom all over again

i have same problem.
the automatic upgrade fail, install new rom via twrp, bootloop.
i start from xiaomi.eu 9.1.2.0 stable

is it possible to flash a lower version and upgrade through OTA to Miui 9.2? if possible which miui should i flash
