Invalid Unable to install downloaded APK file

After newly update from 9.12.5 version of miui I could not install apk files.
Please do see screenshot.

This is not a bug. It clearly tells you that you shouldn't update system apps. You lose our patches if you do so. If you still insist on doing so, replace with TWRP manually or make a flashable ZIP.
The only apps that are allowed to be updated are Google apps, like Play Store, Gboard, WebView, etc.
