unable to install google pay via play store

Hello everybody.
I have a Redmi 9T mobile(M2010J19SY) with MIUI 12.0.12Stable. I am trying to install google pay but I cannot even see it on the google play market via the mobile. If I follow the link from google search I see the error "This item isn't available in your country". I have tried it over VPN through different countries and always have the same result. If I go to google play from my computer I see "This app is available for all of your devices" but the install button is not active. Underneath there is a link "Get the new Google Pay app" and if I follow this then I see "This app is not available for any of your devices". NFC itself is working and I can use NFC tags.
Could anybody help me with this issue?

MIUI 12.0.12Stable is stock rom?
It can be a Google server bug.
Try to change google account. worked for me 2 weeks ago.

Try adding other bank account .

Thanks to everybody!
It seems the problem was that google pay is not available from play market anymore in my country 0_o.
So I tried VPN again, but that time I stopped play market app and cleared data and cache and it worked.
