unlock the phone

Hello,
I want to unlock the phone (because I want to install TWRP and Magisk). But I have to wait 147 hours. Is that normal behaviour? Why there is this waiting period?

And what do they mean with "And do not add your account in MIUI again."?

Its normal just wait given hours and u will be able to unlock ur phone.

With that they Do mean that you please Do Not delete and readd or change your miui account on the phone as you will have to wait the whole waiting period all over again.

We all Went through this and it's the normal procedere
