Unsupported Device

Hello my friends, I have one question.
I know that Mi4 LTE-CT version is not supported on xiaomi.eu but I was wandering if it's possible to do one myself. The Mi4 China Telecom version has different China rom than the Mi3w/Mi4w versions. I can install any Mi4w rom on my device, but unfortunately I get poor battery life and some unstable network connectivity. So I was wandering if I can take the CT China Stable rom and try to do some modifications to make it more like Xiaomi.eu which is also based on China rom. I have some basic knowledge of the porting procedure, but is there any tutorial for trying to do this.

I found one rom for the CT version in one group called MIUIPRO Belarus forum, which is like localized version of MIUI for Russia, Belarus, Ukraine. Fortunately there is English language supported, but there is no Spanish or Gallego support, which is sad. And is work really smooth, and I am really happy with it.
