Update Error

i was updating to the new weekly build update 2.7.20 and when it finished it keeps appearing "starting application" and the start up logo then back the "starting applications". i cant actually get into the phone, it wouldnt boot into the home screen

I would wipe /cache and wipe /dalvik. Confirm the MD5, and re-flash.
