Update HYPER OS 2.0

I have a Xiaomi 14 Pro China version with an EU ROM, but it's still on the old version 1.0, and I want to update it to 2.0. Can I update it directly through settings? So without using TWRP or anything else? Note: I received this phone with an EU ROM, so I don't know anything about this. Please help.

Download firmware for you mobile
In power menu, Go to
Reboot to Downloader
unpack firmware

if you are on windows,
open cmd or terminal
type
adb start-server
(if you get error, download adb drivers and install)
type
windows_install_upgrade
(drink beer and wait process to finish and restrart phone

if you are on debian, ubuntu or any flavor
open terminal
type
sudo su
adb start-server
./linux_install_upgrade.sh
