Update MIUI EU with root and custom kernel

Hello guys, I'm new here. First of all thank you for your job. I'm using the MIUI.eu 9.4.26 on my pocophone and it's amazing. Now I'd like to now how can I update this tomorrow when it will be possible. The problem is that i've root permission and a custom kernel on my phone and I've read that I can't do OTA updates when rooted. Sorry but I'm not so skilled.

I just update with magisk root. Every time.
need to flash magisk again though.

Could you direct me to detailed instructions as to how do do this? As far as I can discover, Magisk is for rooting a phone, rather than flashing a rom image... ?

@xiaoas said that he updates ROM with Magisk installed. Just install OTA (through updater or zip from the website, no difference), reboot, then flash Magisk, reboot (sometimes x2). That's all you have to know.
