Update the stable rom

I just have checked the Updater and it said that a new version released. I clicked on the Download button but a dialogue pops up: "You are up to date or there is an issue. Go to xiaomi.eu."
I'm sorry but is there any safe way for me to continue updating like a normal user? Someone else installed this rom for me cause I'm a technoob. Thank you so much!

Looks like a server issue. I got similar notification message from updater for Redmi 5 plus to update from 10.2.2 to 10.2.4. But OTA update fails too with message "You are up to date". Perhaps server compares only first two version numbers (10.2) ??

Then I downloaded ROM zip file to SD card and made update manually with TWRP. That worked without problems.
