Updater not working

Hello,
the updater does not work on my Xiaomi Mi11 (Venus). It findds the update, but when I ask it to download it it says "All mirrors are currently offline. Please try again". Not possible its like that since October or so haha.

Read forum and you will see.
Its not a recovery update as ussual its a fastboot version.
So TWRP dont work, but Fastboot do
