Updating Mi4c from China Version to EU version/Global without unlocking bootloader

Hi, Im new here. Is there a way to update the chinese version to EU version without unlocking the bootloader? I dont have a xiaomi account or will... so bootloader unlocking is out of the questin. I had to fastboot and flash the chinese version, because, apparently, there isn't an "official" EU version that is ready for flashing with fastboot...

So, how can i upgrade the chinese version to the eu version?

I'm currently using the latest chinese version MIUI 8.6.12.22 beta. If i need to flash an anterior chinese version, i will. I just don't know what works and what doesn't. If anyone could help me out, i would appreciate very much.

But i dont understand something: when the phone is bought from the store, it comes with the official Global Version/EU Version installed. How isn't out there a fastboot-flash-ready rom to the phone? That I dont understand...

I'll try to unlock the bootloader then...
