using brush tool to flash mi one

Hi, I wanted to use the second method as described in the update\upgrade guide.
But I could not find any wire brush zip anywhere... all the zips available are the ones that should be installed in recovery mode (or update app)...
Does anyone know where I could find the proper zip? (at least v4 if not v5)..

Also, I can't find my updater app ever since I upgraded to 3.4.12 Is there a way to install it?
