New [v10 Stable][MiNote2] CAN'T UPDATE

Since I've this Note 2 i've been using xiaomi.eu doing update, without any problems, now, don't work error on model name, I'm currently running on Miui 9.5.2.0 working really good, but i can't update to 10 ;( Anyone can help ? Please check the screenshoot

I don't want to be so unstable, I don't have any tool also to do a proper backup, iPhone like .... I don't want to spend so much time to reconfigure all phone every new version

You can backup with TWRP, it works excellent. BTW your problem can be related with TWRP, update it if possible.
