V5 Stable Enough?

I am still on version 3.2.22 but on the verge of upgrading to V5. Is V5 stable enough for daily usage and operations? I am using my Xiaomi 2 as the primary contact for my business so I can't afford for crippling issues that will affect me. Anyone on V5 care to comment and advise?

It's definitely stable enough for daily use,
